Laura Rodriguez will present a new abstract ballet merging City Opera Ballet Company members with artists from the Seattle Dance Community. This work will look at many aspects of construction, process and deconstruction. Felix Mendelssohn work "String Quartet no.2 op.13 in A minor" will supply a beautiful landscape of sound for the dancers to interact with. This will be her first work with City Opera Ballet and she is delighted to share this work.
