Aylan Kurdi [I see Human but no Humanity]
Info + Video + Photos
Aylan Kurdi [I see Human but no Humanity] is a dedication piece to the children in migration of the Syrian War. It is a work to engage in the community and utilizes a trio of brothers who are in constant shift of war and normal environments. The Rope Soloist goes through many efforts to rescue the children only to come up short or be met with confrontation. This work is meant to be a tool of activism to spread awareness on the matter and encourage conversation about xenophobia.
